Pneumatic valve cannot operate and solutionsPneumatic valve cannot operate and solutions: 1. Whether the solenoid valve is normal, whether the coil is burnt out, and whether the solenoid valve core is stuck by dirt. Solution: Replace the solenoid valve, replace the coil, and remove any debris. 2. Inspect the single supply of air to the actuator for normal operation, such as gas leakage from the cylinder piston, cylinder body and end cover or shaft. Disassemble the actuator to check if the sealing components are damaged and if the surface of the cylinder inner hole is damaged. Solution: Replace the damaged sealing ring, replace the cylinder or piston. 3. The impurities inside the valve have stuck the ball core. Solution: Clear impurities and replace damaged valve components. 4. The handle of the manually operated actuator is in the manual position. Solution: Turn the handle to the pneumatic automatic position. 5. The pipeline is twisted and flattened. Solution: Correct or replace the pipeline. 6. The medium or ambient temperature is too low, causing the pipeline to freeze. Solution: Even if the condensate is clear, add a water removal device. |
